I, for example, began voluntary restoration and rejuvenation by removing processed sugar from my diet, and it was like turning off a blinding light. Soon I was able to see things I couldn't see before - a vast wonderland of nutritious foods that exuded a great variety of flavors, with even more fascinating sweetness and satisfaction. I enjoyed food more; had less issues with it, and am probably healthier than ever in my life - though you never really know.
