Feral Cats Should Be Killed With 'A Gunshot To The Head' To Control Population: UNL Undergraduates Report

I'm way deep into this issue - have been for a decade, and I know for a fact that TNR restricts the size of the feral cat population­, increases the health of the individual animals, and coexists with a humane and moral view of the lives around us. This study from the University of Nebraska comes from some other culture; not the one in which I live.
