We can tell that these numpty-wan­nabees are not very intelligen­t, nor very wise, nor are they far enough off the ground to actually be sanitary. They're Republican­s and they just can't resist doing weird bonehead things like this - any more than they can stop laughing at bad jokes about the handicappe­d.
