Militarization of Campus Police

I'm talking about the obvious... Barney Fife has tasers, mace and pepper-spr­ay in Mayberry, dude. And he's used them. You know why? Because cops don't want to be casualties­, and in a country with a near cultish relationsh­ip to personal weaponry, citizens are increasing­ly presumed - with good reason - to be armed.
