Though I'm glad that Kristol agrees that the 'stand your ground' law needs review, it's not that he's representing a refined, reasonable view.
Kristol is one of those 'leaders' who follow the crowd as it does whatever it wants, and today it clearly wants to find all the apologists for this legal bupkis of a law - and he is swimming away from blame as fast as he can.
