No, I'm suggesting that we are a humungous historical creature whose concerns - whether we like it or not, are all about winning on the largest possible scale, and that means we will be making distinctions and excersizing power in any way we choose. If we want to do otherwise then we need to speak up. Alexander is what you get when you don't speak up.
