" like fiscal responsibi
lity and free enterprise
, he is riffing - or worse.

t document distilled from the gathered genius of an entire people at the moment of their new nation; not a Wall Street contrivanc
e to maximize profit. The Constituti
on is not a business pep talk - it stands for something!
If you want to know what West stands for, look it up. If you don't know what West has done - what is on his record - then you'd better find out. If then you still want him, you're a certified bagger - it's like the perfect test.
