Best And Worst Nuts For Your Health
thanks... there are lots of variations on this. My original goal was to come up with a distinct 'candybar', but now I think it's better to have each concoction be a singularity - which means that each one can be made to fit the mood of the moment - toasting the nuts one time, or using drops of agave sugar instead of Splenda, or pine nuts to close down the appetite a little.
What's fun about it is that I don't even know what I'm doing, other than putting together healthy things and trying to have a food high.
