Here comes yesteryear's leaders, advising that we should stay with prohibition. It's got that nice black-and-white gangster-movie GOP logic to it - prohibit a free people from doing what they always do. Then hire a bunch of cops to stand on streetcorner number one, while newly-formed crime gangs deliver weed to the 'club' on streetcorner number two. Then arrest a bunch of street people and throw the poorer ones in jail for - years.
That is the kind of scenario that grows out of ideas like those of these 'former leaders'. I say we pull their drapes instead of implement their plan.
