The sum of Rand Paul's achievment is mastering the art of looking substantial while saying ridiculous things. His father was a good model, but he never got the 'substantial' thing worked out very well - just the job of coming up with deusies to inspire the loons. But together the Pauls cast a huge Pall over the whole right-wing-TParty faction of the GOP. They should definitely keep digging that hole...
