Los Angeles Magazine's 'Best Of LA' Picks: Food & Drink

...this is maddening. There's a picture on the front of this article, but no descriptio­n of what the food is... I mean, what is that crunchy thing? Then, within the article, it's pictured again... and still no descriptio­n!! It looks delicious, so why can't you tell us what it is rather than 300 words about life in general...
