I agree totally with your comment and your timeline. 1981 is exactly ground zero for the demolition of a potentially great society, working its way through the same dilemna that has faced every burgeoning political power. We have failed, and the reassignment of priorities to enhance and protect the accumulation of private wealth - with great sacrifice by all other groups, is well under way and cannot be thwarted without revolution.
