"stored on servers" - huh? And they call them self-destructing? Sounds to me like they're alive and well and waiting for subpoenas, hacking, and legal discovery.
Here's what I might consider - If my email is burned to ashes and then those ashes are poured out the door of a 737 over the Burmuda Triangle by candy stripers - then I might try it out with some recipes, or bad poetry.
