Hmmm... let's think. You know what a Ford is before the end of the assembly line? It's a bunch of metal, cloth, rubber and plastic. It's not a car until it can be started and run. And there is not a Texan been born that can change that fact - even the magic Baggers, who believe that anything that occurs to them is a fact.
