...good comment. There's even a chance that Joe knows that this is exactly what he must do. He has to be a visible leader in creating the base I think he is counting on to take him to the next political stage in his career. It's almost Olympian the way that Joe can work the balance beam, so there's a good chance he'll be there when the game changes.
