STOCK Act: House Republicans Introduce Version Of Insider Trading Bill But Strip Disclosure Rules

That fabled Republican Transparen­cy is rearing it's head again. It smells like GOP spirit. Hopefully American citizens will reject that spirit and veer back to square one the moment they get a whiff of square two.
