...yes it sure is. A few years ago wealthy yacht owners started to see lots and lots of evidence that there were vast areas of the world's oceans that were literally empty of all fish - a sea with everything gone. Soon these people were trading this information among themselves, privately, and it became clear that something awful was taking shape.
Even though this documentation has since been verified, there is absolutely nothing of substance being done with this information beyond staring at it in disbelief that such a colossal global disaster is in the making.
