That's gotta be an a-list copout from Spineless Politics 101. For the GOTP crowd he can wink, and toward the lefties he can apply the 'hurt' look.
The worst part is we all gladly pretend we don't see a dam thing... and another pothole goes unfilled and another pothead goes to jail - and yet guys like Brown are still on the public payroll, with a pension as big as god's ego, and all the healthcare you can eat.
