California Foie Gras Ban Kicks In


...aha, I know about that one, and it's great except that it does not quite create the equivalent delicacy - the livers don't fatten quite as much and the resulting product is not the same.



But I'm with you about finding a workaround - that is IF this is really an issue at all. There are other observers who say that... well, you can imagine! :-)
