I'd like to have another plan percolating before you tear this one apart. And more than anything I'd like to hear someone not blaze down the conservative "blame the help" trail, and not condemn working people for America's gigantic crises. I taught at SFSU and we worked hard and with dedication - and we thought society needs us and values what we do. Your comments are assumed to be thoughtful, but are age-old and typical, and when I think about what we wanted to have accomplished with our efforts in the California education system, your words sorta make me puke...
