I know zilch about this particular case, but it is absofukinlootly absurd to be able to claim to be the "Best coffee in America" - best in what way? Best coffee by taste, or best beans, or best in freshness, or best selling in a bag, or best brewed? If I was Peets, or Starbucks, or just Dikhead's Caffeine Whammy, I would cry foul till the judges surrendered or brewed us all free lattes...!
