One consequence of the Citizens United decision is that I am actively looking for - and expect to find - information on the political bent of the businesses I deal with and the products I buy. If the money I'm paying is going to be used poltically, then it matters a great deal where I spend that money.
I've been off of Target and Home Depot for years now, and the workaround is easy peasy. Don't contribute to those working against your interests. Protect your family from the GOP downsizing of your dream, and the future of your children.
