They killed her. There is not an iota of doubt as to this fact. The senior officials can say anything they want - they can posture and yell and arrest and prosecute all they want, but we know the truth - that this disgusting behavior, as in so many of the taser attacks of by police, is what makes decent people secure in their belief that the cops cannot be counted on to protect the public from cops.
