Totally agree. SFGate is truly unhelpful, but the APP is even worse for me - with its tortured path to leaving any comments on articles, and a layout that seems brilliant and logical until you use it. And, if you think it is coordinated with the print edition, well...
Herb would have a lot to say about all this..
