I don't think this is just an Apple issue. This article sounds like a handout from some publicity germ at Samsung or Nokia. "We guarantee" - they'll say with a straight face - "that all the other phones are made by well-paid Nebraskans and guys with sailboats on Lake Michigan and 2 kids in college." Then they'll say, "here, pull my finger..."
