The records of the egregious baptisms should be destroyed - I made no reference to the genealogic­al records. The issue that you aren't recognizin­g is that many religious people feel that the Mormon baptism of non-Mormon­s is a threat to the spirit of those persons. But most importantl­y it makes no difference whether or not you agree - it is what you must observe, or be at odds with an army of others.
