ies just waiting to be prepared into meals that anyone - not just diabetics - would really like.
Anyone can eat a diabetes-s
afe meal, and when they do they're also probably going to start really noticing and enjoying feeling better in general, and perhaps even losing unwanted extra weight.
There's no downside!.
.. oh wait, I forgot - cutting back on fresh bread is truly a real downer...
