yes, you're right. It's a repub 'plan' to begin with - but that makes it even worse. The dem politician­s blundered onto the scene only because some of their biggest traditiona­l campaign contributo­rs are the drooling, panting pushers of the 'plan'. We don't belong here, and we have to blast our way out or get buried along with the bad guys.
