Michael Meehan, Berkeley Police Chief, Sent Armed Cop To Reporter's Home At Midnight, Potentially Violated First Amendment
Nothing against the police chief, but no matter what he believes happened - or was intended - this has to be named, charged, and a judge needs to put the caption on the picture. There can be no exceptions whenever first amendment rights are involved - there's no king's X for good intentions...
