They can't clean this up enough for it to be acceptable. It's obviously a product of its' time; part of the age-old anti-Semitic mist that traveled in the genes of so many European immigrants to America. There's no way to see clearly in such a mist - the sun needs to dry it out, so that in fresh air the local citizens can find and celebrate a new name.
