Sounds like a high-class spectacle of American Exceptionalism. Second amendment righties will claim that this also applies to the actions of any jackhead with a Walmart assault weapon, or a bazooka from Bath and Beyond. As long as you don't like somebody, that's all the reason you need to grease 'em. This is known as the Nugent Rule.
