The tooling of Amercan citizens is long underway. Healthcare is the new goldmine, and capitalist crime is the shovel. Those new 'Damital' pills we're supposed to swallow don't do diddley-squat for our health, but when we buy them, it finances some real buff yachts, some nice little islands, and all the chicks in the local village pre-school.
