Aaron Swartz's Father: MIT Put 'Institutional Concerns Ahead Of Compassion'
This is about the life of a man being tossed around like a football. For Aaron Swartz to get the 6 month sentence he would have had to plead guilty to 13 felonies, and his career would be hog-tied for the rest of his life. In my moral universe, and in this particular circumstance, that is not decent and ethical behavior by the prosecutor.
