If Paul had manhood covered, he'd quit whining like a puffed-up 14 year old and propose solutions for what the public believes is a crises of gun crimes. But he doesn't, because he has one of the worst minds on the planet, and brings absolutely nothing to the discussion. He's part of the cartoon GOP culture of fake America - he's the pinhead!
