I am so very impressed by the words of former District Attorney James Catterson - "We as a society must protect this child, or our professed love for own children is just a fraud, and our so-called compassion for each other is just a mockery." I think it means that humans have a compass we can rely on - we need to find it and keep it at the ready for when lives may be at stake.
