"...the state's lawyers concluded that an outright ban on weapons was likely unconstitutional." But gun possession by anyone but me is banned on my property. Is the government gonna force me to accept some gun-toter in my living room?
Are these legal eagles merely uber-bunched GOP no-brainers, or just the lowest of the low-hanging lawyers of Pennsylvania?
