Remember those off-the-wall types in college that seemed unexplainably popular with each other, yet had almost zero affect on anyone else? Some of them thought they were a Captain Nemo, or a Sherlock Holmes, or an Obsessed American Avenger of something or other. Well, they all went rabid, and they found a way to survive in America - and most especially the politics of America's far right.
Rand Paul's constant consternation at not being given the car keys - right now! - is gonna drive everyone nuts for the next 3 years. And his unceasing push for a crushing defeat of anything Obama threatens to carve away the Hispanic and the African-American support he can't win without. The progressives must thoroughly reveal and highlight every aspect of this Obsessed Avenger - and make certain that he never gets the car keys.
