I am so surprised. I had no idea that the American infrastructure had any problems. I listen intently to Fox; I read the Washington Times, and I slither over to Lucianne.com whenever I'm ripped - and I never heard diddly-squat about problems with America rusting to collapse. Maybe the unemployed, poor liberals should be forced to fix it all - it's no doubt their fault in the first place.
