Well, the many existing texts from Sumerian times, the Egyptian era(s), and oodles of other well-researched evidence from other cultures of those times, all describe similar human questions and concerns and paths to knowledge, and a similar way of explaining and expressing their beliefs. I don't know of any credible disagreement with that, do you?
What bothers me is watching my culture lose it's grip and it's courage. American citizens' rapidly downsizing respect for scientific evidence and actual truth - in favor of preacher-science and 'comfort' truth, is just way too boring and soul-depressing to even discuss.
