Pandora To Cap Free Mobile Listening At 40 Hours Per Month

Booo!... That headline suggests facts not in evidence. Pandora didn't consder it's customers as moochers - they courted those wanting free streams - wanted them to get it free! They are changing because of manhandled laws creating financial injustice for internet streamers. Destroy the lobbying efforts of greedsters and justice might come back... Maybe.

Pandora To Cap Free Mobile Listening At 40 Hours Per Month

I am for two things - paying a fair price for something that gives me great value, such as Pandora, and adjusting the royalty structure to remove the onus on internet radio.

My real preference would be to return to Jefferson's concept of copyright, but that's not gonna happen on this side of the river... greed controls copyright and patent, for profit, and there's little we can do about it without a revolution in ethics.

Ex-Yahoo Workers: Marissa Mayer Is Right, 'Many Workers Were Milking The Company'

Mayer is getting busy creating a lawyer's dream confection - 'unlawful termination' so transparent that any yahoo could figure it out. If she is seen to be forcing the "worst" people out, then changing the game back in order to entice and hire new, "better" people, then Yahoo will pay big bucks to a whole bunch of people.

Ex-Yahoo Workers: Marissa Mayer Is Right, 'Many Workers Were Milking The Company'

It's not enough that she is wrong - she must be proven wrong because there is a whole world of commerce and productivity products that will ensure that she is - she is efin with their futures, and they can't and won't sit still for that. Mayer has warped Yahoo into their nemesis - a detractor.

Yahoo Responds To Work-From-Home Outcry: 'This Isn't A Broad Industry View'

I sure didn't exect this... Yahoo is going 'Brick and Mortar' - outrageously and unbelievably blind to dominos they have now set in play. And it's the shear number of dominos that amazes me - they will be flirting with unlawful temination, selling products offering solutions they disagree with, increasing worker's costs significantly, and overall confusing the brand definition and the public expectation.

They now sound like they're becoming a company that assembles iPads on assembly lines - with worker bunks.

Wow - the bloom is way off this rose now. Yahoo is trashing it's own brand - how can they sell tools for the flexible office and the mobile professional, when they don't believe any of it? Why the hell would I continue my 20 year association with people who have opted out of the future I am looking for? I am not staying with people who don't believe in my quest. ...oh, BTW, my company makes much more profit now that it is almost totally flextime and remote based. Much more.

Darden Restaurants Blames Sliding Sales On Higher Payroll Taxes

I don't even know when I lost consciousness, or when the crazies got into my TV, but it is not a dream. Americans are been herded into a stance against their own interests, and against the interests of the community in which they live - and which they count on for safety, security and a way of life.

Darden, and myriad others in the new right-wing wind tunnel are pushing for a society in which working class Americans are left with nothing but fear, insecurity, and depression - absent the shared reality of our history, our dreams, and our sacred accomplishments as Americans.

I have no desire to ever help those businesses or those individuals, except to cram an olive into a lobster and throw it at them - for the entertainment value, and the message of disrespect.
