Never you mind, sparky; Northern California has assets galore. Plus, we'll have better fish since we won't have to divert water to SoCal righties and our rivers can get their fish to come back. Plus, maybe you didn't notice, but LA stays with us - and we're willing to sell it to China or Mexico for big bucks in a New York minute.
