Years ago, when I saw lotto slither into the room; under the guise of helping public schools, I could smell the end of something valuable and the beginning of something cheap.

When people throw money away every day to buy a 'scratcher' - yet can't spell it, then we might as well pull the drapes and turn out the lights, and jump into the history books.
