Like Cheney, McCain Slithers Like A Fake Swami

"I gave cover for George 'Weak Stream' Bush while he put America in a hole, and now I want your sons and daughters to dig it deeper", says former bomber, neo-bloviator, pretty-boy heiress-toy: "'Stuff happens, mission accomplished, last throes, a few dead-enders. I'm just more familiar with those statements than anyone else because it grieves me so much that we had not told the American people how tough and difficult this task would be.'"

McCain now says that he knew all that was bogus from the start. If so then he was a major enabler of sending troops into a known deathtrap all the while smiling his lie that we would be greeted with warm smiles in a grateful crowd.

"In a March 2003 interview on MSNBC's 'Hardball' With Chris Matthews, McCain was asked whether he believed the people of Iraq would treat U.S. forces as liberators.

'Absolutely. Absolutely,' the senator replied."

And even now he wants to send yet more troops.

Like Cheney, McCain's voice calms the moral center of righties everywhere with a hypocracy that blooms like a hemorrhoid.
