Red states have bee plied with free Federal money for years - far, far more more than my blue state; all as a result of political shenanigans. Federal facts confirm this, no matter what you think. We want our money back! ...and going forward, no more special rules helping the nation's low-info ingrate states avoid thinking honestly and clearly, and paying their way.
