Dingell is from the GM state and will entertain whatever lie is needed to keep the car bucks pouring into his re-election warchest.
Democrat John Dingell will attempt to discredit Al Gore and the critical debate about the future of the planet's climate. He will cause confusion as others fuck around with your children's future - and perhaps the future of everything, and he will convince himself and others of the veracity of his stand. But it will be a lie.
