Judge Sues Dry Cleaners for Lost Trousers: "'People in America are now scared of each other,' legal expert Philip Howard told ABC News' Law & Justice Unit. The fact that this guy with no pants, Judge Roy Pearson, still has his job is a tribute to the terrific people of Washington, D.C.
