Reader's comment warns of loss of freedom: "I am amazed by how many comments are made by people agreeing with a law that limits the freedom of others. Many of those who cheer the law will be the first to cry foul when one of their precious 'rights' is legislated out of existence.
Who gives a darn about how many cats someone has if they are not mistreated.
Soon we won't be able to have pets, smoke, drink, eat a cheesburger or do anything else because it offends some other group that doesn't like it.
Let the lady have her cats. Live your life and let her live hers, Freedom is precious.
There is a reason the smart people are leaving the northeast!"
