This is so overwhelming for our culture that we don't even know how to think about it all. Witness the fact that there are a scant few comments on this topic - yet zillions of us are right this moment taking some BigPharma drug that may or may not do a bit of good beyond fattening the bank accounts of people we probably should arrest.
