Oh yeah? ... judge this!: "I'll surrender my software when you take it from my cold, dead hands!"
The world needs a judge who will declare the Uber Ridiculousness of acting as if anyone reads a Users License Agreement - which are presented in bald legalese with no effort to inform or provide clarity. That fact is a fraud that the courts keep kicking down the hall.
