...enjoyed your comments, and I agree that there are forces at work within the music-huma­n dynamic that I imagine will be fascinatin­g when they are someday discovered­. Your mention of tempo as being an issue of much concern in 'sacred' or stately 'secular' music delivery has also always been fascinatin­g to me.



Music is so powerful - I once looked around the symphony hall and realized that tears were pouring down the cheeks of hundreds of people - and yet there was nothing going on in the room except musicians performing music. That is just amazing on all levels - something incredible is going on.
